1^st April 2011 – Bookings are now being taken for Royal Ascot for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. This year we will have Green’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar coming to the Cottage Inn car park. Marking the occasion we shall be erecting a marquee that will be an extension to the pub. We shall be serving champagne, oysters and fresh seafood throughout the day. Come for an early lunch before racing, post Ascot celebrations or stay all day and watch racing live on our Plasma TV.

31^st March 2011 – For the Royal Wedding on April 29th, 2011 we will be showing the ceremony live on our 50 inch plasma TV screen. We will be serving our sharing boards alongside our full a la carte menu. Please book to secure your table.

29^th October 2010 –3 new menus for Winter 2010/11 go live on Monday 1^st November (restaurant, bar menu and pudding menu). Head Chef, Paul, has been hard at work over the last month to create some great new dishes to sit alongside The Cottage Inn classics. These new dishes are still based on our core values: simple, seasonal and using best ingredients.

16^th October 2010 – All 10 bedrooms, the private function room and the restaurant have finished being refurbished.
